Reading ‘Gone Girl’…. your views?
Very good. I read the book before I saw the movie. The ending is odd though.
Least favorite of Flynn’s books but it appears to have gone over quite well with the majority.
Read half of it last Christmas at my son and daughter in laws house…then had to put it back on the shelf when we left.
Enjoyed her other 2 books much better, it was good but felt disappointed in the end ?
What else did this writer publish?
Sharp objects Dark places
Thank you 🙂
I didn’t really care for Gone Girl. These other two were really good, especially like Dark Places!
Dark Places & Sharp Objects were awesome right up to the last punctuation ?
Loved this book!
Started very well but tailed off reeeaaally badly.
I didn’t like this one. Movie was ok. I liked her book Dark Places. Haven’t read Sharp Objects yet.
Sharp Objects was as awesome as Dark Places
Loved it! It’s crazier (psychologically) than the movie, in my opinion
Hated it. Horrible characters. The story unraveled halfway through.
Not my favorite… liked the movie better
I love it!
I liked it.
Very very good!
I LOVED THE @Book.
Didn’t like it. Felt you couldn’t warn to either main character. Liked the movie much better.
I thought it was alright but I liked the movie more. I read Sharp Objects by the same author and it was soooo sooo good!
I couldn’t put it down. I dont usually finish books in 1 day but this one I did.
I struggled with the writing style, but the story and structure were compelling. I’m on my third Gillian Flynn novel.
I did not care for it
Loved it! But prefer sharp objects
I liked the storyline but hated the excessive use of vulgar language. I feel like authors just get lazy with creativity when every other word is curse word.
I would love to buy that book
I loved it
Me, personally, loved this book
Loved it. Couldn’t put it down!
I did not find it very good. Was disappointing when compared to all the good murder mysteries I’ve read that were written by Scandinavian authors. They can not be beaten easily ?
I liked it…read all her books..liked them all.
I haven’t read this but I enjoyed the movie
I loved it, but didn’t lie the first two of hers and Dark Places was way too dark for me!
Loved book, hated movie
Loved the book so much I refused to watch the movie.
It is good but not her best.
I was very disappointed. I couldn’t finish the book.
did not like it – neither character was sympathetic. Felt the same about Girl on the Train.
