I’ve just started to read my kindle again after not having it for a while, i only read before bed,I’m not sure if it’s a good idea as I’m finding I’m struggling to sleep afterwards.

A physical book at night is best, especially when you are in bed. Nothing can compare.

e-readers (not tablets) can. They are essentially the same thing to the eyes.

Nitish

@Arie I would still choose physical books. It all comes down to personal preferences I guess.

@Arie hm i still feel like im in front of a computer when i use paperwhite.

1
Arie

Then use one without a back light. Those are just like reading on paper.

0
Rachel

@Arie i do have both. So its not right to say that ereaders are not like tablets unless youre just referring to those without backlights. 🙂

I don’t ever like to read electronically. I prefer real books always. However, my hubby bought these for me and I have never loved any booklight more!
