I am looking for a reader that has an eye protection option because my eyes hurt whenever I stare at my tablet screen for too long :/ Any recommendations?
I use a separate app which is Twilight and it really makes reading ebooks much more comfortable. It’s perfect for night time but I use it in the morning too 😀
Plus, if you’re an Amazon prime member, you get a brand new (as in just released) book for free each month. If you’re not a member they are $1.99 I believe.
I use Alreader on my Kindle fire HD although it has the Kindle and adobe reader. Alreader can open Mobi, Epub, and kindle files. I just like the features of the reader that is the reason I prefer it more than the others.
Mostly, its Wattpad. I’ve used Kindle a few times. But when I want a book but can’t afford it, my impulse is to download it from the internet. (I know, most people frown upon it but I literally have no money because I’m a student and my parents already spend too much on me.)
I use the kindle app and love it. I have used it for almost ten years now. It is very easy to work with. I cad adjust font size, white or beige background, brightness, it is easy to manage books, etc.
Axis360, Overdrive and Libby. All library apps that allow you to read on your phone. Overdrive you can choose to send it to your Kindle or your phone/tablet.

Is kindle an offline app?
Yes, it can use offline but make sure you download the books first.
Ah. Can I import books even if I didn’t download them on kindle?
I guess no?
If you want to import books. Use moon+reader.
The sole solution is that you should decrease the light of the screen, I think.
