Diary of a worm
Thank You, Mr. Falker by Patricia Polacco ❤️
I think it might be a pretty new one called “Tyrannosaurus Rex vs. Edna the very first chicken” by Rees.
I found a resource on TPT for the Pixar Short films…it was engaging
I have used those. They are fantastic, great opportunity to talked about mixed media.
We use this. Just look up Pixar shorts on YouTube. You don’t have to buy anything.
The Library Lion
@Kathy don’t you just love this group!!!
Definitely, so many thought provoking ideas.
You can also use the nursery rhyme Little Miss Muffet. It has all the parts needed.
Little Red Riding Hood!
They love WALTER the Farting Dogs books! I love Margie Palatini’s books! Vivid verbs and very funny too! My all time FAVOURITE read aloud is Albert’s Old Shoes! – Great for plot – it is about bullying with a hilarious ending! ?
Wordless picture books are great for this. My favorite is The Girl and the Bicycle https://www.amazon.com/Girl-Bicycle-Mark-Pett/dp/1442483199
Not a book, but we show the cartoon “Lambert, the Sheepish Lion”. The kids love it. Works amazing for plot.
Beatriz doesn’t want to.
