Fantasy isn’t really my thing, but Steven Savile’s Coldfall Wood was great if you enjoy that side. It is a sequel to Glass Town, but you can read it independently. (I did.)
Emma Martin Great! Hope you continue to enjoy it. The first one sets the scene really well. I found it moved quite slowly, but it never dragged. The second one ups the pace.
The movie isn’t a 10th of the book. So much more detail in the book. The love story is definitely the main plot point but there is plenty of other aspects that are worth reading.

Loved Time’s Convert by Deborah Harkness (a sequel to her All Soul’s Trilogy). Paranormal fantasy.
The first two books in the Winternight Trilogy by Katherine Arden.

Not lately but I loved The Dark Tower series by Stephen King and The Time Traveller’s Wife by Audrey Niffenegger.
Thought time traveller was more of romance genre. Is the book better than the movie?
