I haven’t read it yet but I heard the audiobook is the way to go because of how it’s written (includes podcasts). Also heard there are major trigger warnings that you can check on goodreads (if that may be an issue)

I loved the book. But yes, please check the trigger warnings. There are those I wouldnt recommend reading, because of content.
