@Miriam Yes. .We are asked to type out titles and authors. That makes them searchable. And it makes it possible for those using text-to-audio readers to know what books are being discussed. The readers can “read” words, but not words in a photo.
Favourite. You’ll not stop until you’ve finished all her work. I saw her speak many years ago at a literary festival here in NZ. She is hilarious, very witty and so clever. First time I’d been enthralled by someone on stage who wasn’t playing guitar ?
I really like all of her books, but Life After Life is my favorite. Her newest, Transcription, is pretty darn good, too.
You’re welcome and I’m sorry. I didn’t remember. I don’t know how to do that so I won’t post anymore until I learn.
I have read all of her books. She’s one of my favorite authors. My favorites are Behind the Scenes at the Museum and Life After Life.
I have all her books?Enjoy!
@Peg you’re welcome. So that means when I see other posts that show books it is incorrect. Right?
@Peg I did. I hope the photo went away.

@Peg thank you very much ? I’m not going to make that mistake again!
Behind the Scenes at the Museum??
That’s her first book.
That’s my absolute favorite of hers!
Yes, I think it’s her best!
@Miriam No worries, I’ve made that mistake myself! Remind me when I do.
What sort of novels are these?
Her Jackson Brody series are myteries, the others are stand alone novels. Always with incredibly clever plot twists.
Awesome.
I have not read any books by her. Although I’ve seen transcription mentioned lately. I love a good spy novel so this intrigues me.
I really enjoyed it.
The reader reviews are not that good on Amazon. Maybe I shouldn’t pay any attention to them.
I never do. I read glowing reader reviews for “The Shack”, and I detested that book!
@Miriam the photos are okay as long as you also type the title and author.
Peg Welch thank you very much ?
Absolutely loved loved loved that book! And the author…went on to read all the books she had written after that…
I love Atkinson! Have read all of her works. She’s a good writer and certainly a highly intelligent one.
