You have here many good recommendations. You can always read Sherlock Holmes Mysteries…LOL! When my daughter was in gradeschool those were her bedtime stories, believe it or not. Should have known then. By the way she studied Criminal Justice and Criminology in college, and got herself a BS degree in it. LOL!!!

Another one that’s good is the outsider by Stephen King. I couldn’t put it down. And it’s the first Stephen King book I ever read.
