I don’t think I’ve come across many fantasy novels that short. I would however suggest an awesome stand alone that would be relatively short at ~400 pages by Naomi Novik called uprooted, or Neil Gaimans Neverhwere, think that was pretty short at about 300 pages
I AM LEGEND (Matheson) MORNINGSTAR (Gemmell) THE LAST UNICORN (Beagle) A WIZARD OF EARTHSEA & THE TOMBS OF ATUAN (Le Guin) STARDUST (Gaiman) THE KING OF ELFLAND’S DAUGHTER (Dunsany) FLOWERS FOR ALGERNON (Keyes) THE LATHE OF HEAVEN (Le Guin) THE GOOD FAIRIES OF NEW YORK (Miller) THE DRAGON MASTERS (Vance) THE BROKEN SWORD (Anderson) PATTERNMASTER (Butler) THE BOOKS OF MAGIC (Gaiman, comic mini-series) AGYAR (Brust) BLOOD MUSIC (Bear) THE EPIC OF GILGAMESH (Sander’s prose translation, ca 70’s)
