Harper collins canada also has a 50bookpledge and they have a way to track books read / to read on their web page I use . I’m all about trying to earn their various badges ?
Sorry. I have been keeping all that stuff in my head since I learned to read, before 1st grade. Don’t even need bookmarks, can turn to the paragraph I stopped at unerringly. If I come across a typo, I can turn back to it even weeks later. I’ve no idea how I do that, I just do. I also read really fast when I’m in the groove, almost as fast as some slow folks turn pages. My Gramma Lula was a retired school teacher who cared for me in my formative years and I think that may have had something to do with why I was reading and writing the day I went to first grade.
I use goodreads, librarything and bookcrossing for that purpose. They all gave different strenghts, so I use all 3. To jeep track of my reading off the 1001-list of books to read before you die, I use arukiyomi’s official Excel sheet.

I too use Goodreads, but I have kept a hard copy of all the books I’ve read, want to read, and not completed for many, many years.
I use a notebook.
