Anything where the girl is a bimbo, no depth, with a boyfriend who has no personality, and she becomes obsessed with the “inevitability” of hooking up with his best friend. Its so tired and boring.
When they appear in YA like twilight and romanticize abusive behavior. Even if the main character is completely dim, there should be a friend in the background waving a red flag and they should fight over it. I’m not opposed to love triangles at all, I love a good angst filled love story or a reverse harem, but girls need strong characters to look up to that don’t take the crap from anyone. Maybe then they will be better able to handle what’s coming for them in the real world. (Sorry, I have 5 nieces, I’ve thought about this quite a bit!)

Girl on a Train, awesome read but annoying character.
I felt the same way.
Twilight. Edward is abusive, Bella straight up sucks, and then Jacob can’t have her so he imprints on her daughter? Wtf?
That would include almost all love triangles for me haahha i cant with that trope
ALL. OF. THEM.
I also agree with the all of them part. I mean it didn’t bug me much in the hunger games but in general yeah it’s so overdone
The Kardashians.
I loath them. Parasites is what they are.
I agree!!
What Liza said.
There is no good in a love triangle.
Isociles or equilateral?
Equilateral. At least they all have a chance.
Although triangularly speaking I think isosceles are more aesthetic
