Trevor Noah’s book, ‘Born A Crime.’ I think it is in the top 10 of Audible non-fiction for all time, with darn good reason. It’s fantastic and incredibly educational! He is a hilarious mime, plus he does all of the languages of South Africa, including the one with clicks.
This book impacted me so greatly, not because of personal experience, but for the pain i felt for her while reading it. I will never read it again but I’m glad I did read it.

She had a very interesting life, and her descriptions of her early life, before she became a famous writer, are particularly fascinating for their portrayal of a vanished era. Her family were all great characters.
