@Jade they’re not official prequels but they have almost all the same characters and tell about how the bird kids came about and some other good info before the series.
I’m reading The Illuminae Files (Obsidio) and really enjoying it even though Sci-fi isn’t my normal genre. Makes me want to read more of them! ?
