I keep the ones I love/will read again, swap on a book swap site, sell on or give to friends/charity. If it’s an ebook I have loved I will buy a physical copy 🙂
It either goes on the pile for books to be passed on or donated & if the book is being kept, it goes on my bookshelf, there are so many books & funkos now, it’s like a game of Tetris trying to fit the book in & at this point, I’m winning???
What a timely question! I have some books I am sorting that are on a daybed I will need to use during Thanksgiving. So, I’m in the process of trying to decide which ones to keep and which ones to give away. It’s a dangerous job, as there is the risk of starting to look through a book again when you pick it up.
That ALWAYS happens to me. Even if it is a book that I didn’t particularly like, I’ll read through it because it is a book on my bookshelf that I should be getting rid of but can’t because it’s a book.
I hoard them on my bookshelf. Unless it is a book that I don’t particularly like or am rather bored of. I usually give them to the ‘Friends of the Library’ so they can put on their monthly book sale. There are a lot of people in my town that can’t afford anything, so they come to that book sale and will pay just a few dollars for a book that they can’t get at our local Coles. *is angry with Coles at the moment* They lost my book order!
I keep the ones I need and enjoy The rest go to our Public Library or Two Little Free Libraries in our town. Friends have also been known to get a book or two from me.
Depends 🙂 If I LOVED the book, I keep it. If I just liked it, or didn’t like it, it’s in good condition, I try to resell them or give them away. If they are more “well loved” I donate them. 🙂
Give them to my mom or keep them for when my kids get old enough to read them. Ones I give to my mom, she takes to work. She is a director of a Senior Center and they have a little library at the center.
Read them again ?

Put them back on my book shelve or leave them on my ereader to possible be read again 🙂
If I loved the ebook i’ll probably buy the paperback as well
If it’s good add it to my collection if it’s bad give it away.
I give them to the local Air Force base.
I put them on my book shelf because certainly I’ll reread them again
Keep them. They’re on my kobo. It’s getting full now so I’ll have to take some books off if I want to put different ones on
Trade them with you or someone else or sell.
I pass them on to my siser?
Put them on the shelf, admire my collection… and get anxiety about the lack of space in my apartment.

Take them to a Charity shop. ??
Hoard them and eventually reread them ?
Some I give to charity, some I keep.
Give them away by the boxful…
Library resale store
Most I keep (and lend out – people use me like a library) but every now and again I do a cull to donate to Save The Children for their booksales
I keep the ones I need and enjoy The rest go to our Public Library or Two Little Free Libraries in our town. Friends have also been known to get a book or two from me.
Place them lovingly on my bookshelves. And loan them out to anyone who wants to read them.
Unfortunately, now that I’m older it’s electronic or library books. Mostly library books. I’ve lots of free books on my Nook to read!
Sell or donate. I don’t reread books but if it’s nonfiction that’ll be useful in the future, like a cook book, then I keep it on my bookshelves.
Library used bookstore…send to my kids…keep my favorites. Sold a few
Keep the ones I love. Use some in giveaways and give some to friends.
Return to the library
Keep a few and give the rest to friends and donate to the nonprofit senior thrift store for the local senior center and meals on wheels
Go through a day or two of withdrawal … Then put them back on the book shelf
I trade and swap.
I boxed over 400 up in August.
I have sold probably 100.
I still have probably 250-300.
Anyone need books?
Keep them.
Sell them at Half Priced Books

I send my books to my friends
