I have more than 2 favorites but the first ones to pop into my thoughts were the Cotton Malone series by Steve Berry and the Templar series by Paul Christopher.
Outside of the usual Harry Potter series I would probably say – Stormlight Archive series by Brandon Sanderson and the Study Series by Maria V. Snyder. So so so so so so many more…
Really enjoyed the Mark Gatiss trilogy awhile back The Vesuvius Club, The Devil in Amber, Black Butterfly. SO funny. I also enjoyed The Interview with the Vampire series by Anne Rice.
That’s a tough one. Right now it’s The Emporer’s Edge by Lindsay Buroker and A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. Or maybe The Outlander Series, but I haven’t read them all. Or maybe Game of Thrones, but I haven’t read them all yet either … so many books, so little time!
I found the musty box of Cherry Ames books several years ago. I was a music and English major…was a critical care nurse for 20 years…teacher for 10 and ten years as a probation officer…it has been a life rich in experiences…Cherry Ames was never afraid to encounter new world. Oh..my son is the librarian in the family.
Outlander hands down. I loved it!! I still have one or 2 books to go…. but I’m taking my time bc i don’t want to run out before the new one makes it to the shelves.
