Thriftbooks, library sales, flea markets
Thriftbooks. I know cuz I’m doing a giveaway lol
This may be a strange question but is thriftbooks a website?
Yes sorry should of posted it.
https://www.abebooks.com/ & https://www.bookdepository.com/ are two that I’ve used.
Abe Books I think is more for used, though I’ve gotten some great quality books from it, and Book Depository is for new though you can find some solid special editions through it.
Books a million sales used books.
Better World Books. Always free shipping. Very inexpensive. Discounts. Organization donates big time to literacy groups.
Such a great idea ..
Better World books. Com
I order almost all my books from thriftbooks
This is a wonderful place to buy used books (if you prefer them to ebooks) because for every book they sell they donate one to underserved areas of the US.
If you want a brick and mortar, Barnes and Noble matches amazon’s prices normally. I’m not sure if they will match any specials like they may have for prime day though.
Early bird books, The Fussy Librarian (free), Bookperk, are a few of the places from which I order books. Also check your Salvation Army stores, books are 10 cents.
http://bookbub.com/ Sign up for their daily ebook deals.
Book Bub has great books…. usually.99 to 2.99!!
Our library has a used book store with recent titles and none of the books are more than a couple dollars. I always go the the biannual library book sale and stock up as well.
I request holds for hard copy ebooks and audios AND they let me know when I can download or collect
Physical books…http://bookoutlet.com/ , eBay, library book sales if you are looking for digital…try early bird books, book gorilla and book bub for deals
http://alibris.com/ I used this for all my books and textbooks through out college and grad school
Lots of great recommendations! also HalfPrice Books, Poisoned Pen, online and brick and mortar..
used to be http://half.com/ until the dark lord closed it.
I’ve started using scribd. $8.99 a month after the initial free trial, and they have audio and ebooks.
http://thriftbooks.com/ It’s pretty much a used bookstore online, with different levels of quality, as well as new books. They do free shipping over a certain amount, and there’s almost always an online coupon floating around.
