Tamora Pierce has a couple of universes – her Circle universe for the tween set, and her Tortall series with begins with the quartet “Song of the Lioness”. I have been reading her for years, and even bought some of her books in library edition so they would last through the re-reads. http://www.tamora-pierce.net/
Leigh Bardugo Grisha Series, Kate Elliot’s spiritwalker and Court of Fives trilogies, Sharon Shinn Elemental Blessings Series, Susan Dennard’s Witchlands, Mary E. Pearson,
John & Carole Barrowman have 2 really good YA fantasy trilogies – the 1st is the Hollow Earth trilogy & the 2nd is the Conjurer trilogy (the Conjurer trilogy carries over the 2 main characters (and a few others) & plays in the same world as Hollow Earth, so I recommend reading the Hollow Earth trilogy first).
