Zoje Stage- cover description states it’s a combination of We Need to Talk about Kevin meets Gone Girl meets The Omen. I haven’t finished it yet, but it’s creepy, and I read many thrillers / horror.
@Michael tbh it was about a year ago when I read it , don’t really remember the characters. ..I struggle to remember my own life these days lol never mind fictional characters
Baby Teeth
What’s that?
A scary book about a child

Valerie Doherty my library has 140 holds on it ?
I bought it. Too impatient to wait. October is here. ?
I think this is a debut novel for this author. Good for her on the sales.
Birdbox
I’ve read that one ?
@Amber did you like it ?
@Jade I really enjoyed it actually
@Amber yeah so did I even got a bit scared in some parts
I know that no one requested my opinion buuuut, lol.
I thought it was ok, I found the main character to be very unlikable.
@Michael just liked the fact that it scared me…not many books do that ?
Yeah. It definitely had moments. Lol. I’m the same way, I love horror but after a while you desensitize yourself.
I like the idea of the book, it’s very unique. I just didn’t latch onto any of the characters.
Again, completely unsolicited opinion. Feel free to tell me to mind my own business 😉

Brother Odd by Dean Koontz is good.
That whole series is good! You‘d want to start with Odd Thomas, though, I would think.
Good idea Joshua. I need to do the same thing
The first chapter of Odd Thomas might be my favorite first chapter of all time.
Thanks! Gonna start that this weekend
Dark Matter by Blake Crouch. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!
I’ve read it! It was amazing!!!!!
Excellent book! Was it scary, though? I don’t remember it being scary, just suspenseful.
Just started it!
IT by Stephen King
I have never been able to get into Stephen king books ?
Salem’s Lot & Needful Things were good ones though…
i really need to check out some more of his books. Only ones I have read is IT and the Green Mile
I’m reading IT right now and thoroughly enjoying it. The Green Mile was also amazing, but I wouldn’t classify it as scary.
