And of course the hunger games. Phillip Pullman his dark materials, which starts with the golden compass. Lois Lowry the giver omnibus. Holly black has this trilogy that’s a modern faery tale. The books are tithe, valiant, and Ironside. All the above are YA but kind of all ages and very enjoyable as an adult.

@Beth I believe so! It’s the story of a young latinx women finding herself through poetry. I found her story powerful and moving! <3
