I did but was only able to watch 5 mins of it! My husband said she was also on NPR, sad I missed it! I have so many questions

I am in awe of her persistence and bravery. It reminds me a bit of Dorothy Allison’s Bastard Out of Carolina.

I enjoyed this book. I’m a retired teacher and it just reminds me that we never know what a person goes through as they edge toward adulthood.
