@Nikole came here to say this. If you don’t like best friends who fake terroristic threats to get you out of class or justify domestic abuse bc the guy is tired, then stay away lol
Isn’t it written by Becca Fitzpatrick? Hush, Hush is an amazing series. I enjoyed it very much. Btw, the MC’s bestfriend is an annoying character. Her mom too.
I liked the first book.. but the rest… I think I fell asleep every time i tried to listen to it. I don’t remember much. It bored me and didn’t keep my attention.
Is it the one by Becca Fitzpatrick? If it is, I personally hated Nora. She was the most annoying, unreasonable character to me. I did liked the story as a whole, but I was constantly frustrated by her. I loved most of the secondary characters, if it is worth reading (at least for me), is because of them.
My mom owns pretty close to everything she has ever written, so I am working my way through them all. Love her work, I get sucked in every time and it’s impossible to put her books down.
@Zaidelirys is it where a mary sue, lets call her ebony dark’ness, meets jerkish fallen angel. Things happen and they end up together. Book two they treat eachother badly and insert plot of book one here again. Where there is a character who doesn’t directly intact with her for a while and does nothing but live in a cave
I’ve enjoyed it although lost a bit of interest towards the end. But if you like stories on angels, check out “Heavenward” by Olga Gibbs. its a new release and fantastic page-turner! dark YA with strong kickass heroine and celestial lore 🙂
@Mariela girl, It doesn’t matter how old you are! If you enjoy something, you enjoy it! I mean that sounds wrong but people get judged so much for liking certain things that don’t go against morality code and they feel they have to hide but I feel you. I’m 23 and I love YA books lol
I will be a dissenting opinion in this thread right now and say that I used to love this series but I recently tried to reread it and thought it was so funny and cringeworthy that I literally cried while trying to read it. I put it down before I even got through the first chapter to try to preserve what little fond memory of it I could salvage. I would steer clear, personally.
The hush hush series is by becca fitzpatrick and is suuuuper gooood! It’s my favorite series ever and you might want to read it before the movie comes out. They cast the main characters a few weeks ago
Haha I have to admit I haven’t read this series for a really long time, but they are the only one-star books I have on my Goodreads… can’t even remember why I disliked them so much but the feelings remain strong! ???
Very much so!!
I loved it!
I didn’t care for it. The MC has the worst best friend ever.
@Nikole came here to say this. If you don’t like best friends who fake terroristic threats to get you out of class or justify domestic abuse bc the guy is tired, then stay away lol
@Molly exactly! When she was justifying the guy getting physical with the mc I was all like WTF, worst BFF ever!
I don’t remember patch getting physical with nora
@Marissa it wasn’t patch. It was the other guy who was friends with the villain. Can’t remember his name.
@Nikole I think it was the other love interest, Elliot.
Hummm I’ll have to read it again
Isn’t it written by Becca Fitzpatrick? Hush, Hush is an amazing series. I enjoyed it very much. Btw, the MC’s bestfriend is an annoying character. Her mom too.
Yes! I guess you got confused because the MC is named Nora.
I liked the first book.. but the rest… I think I fell asleep every time i tried to listen to it. I don’t remember much. It bored me and didn’t keep my attention.

@Zaidelirys is it where a mary sue, lets call her ebony dark’ness, meets jerkish fallen angel. Things happen and they end up together.
