I’m looking for a positive, fun book recommendation for my teen son.
I’m looking for a positive, fun book recommendation for my teen son. Doesn’t have to be YA, but no distopian, no depressing parent deaths ? Yes, he read RP1 & loved it .

Try reading Hunger Games or Divergent if he’s into action. Or the player one
Is he too old for Roald Dahl? My brother isn’t a reader but loved BFG but I can’t remember what age range that’s for. If he likes science fiction Enders game is a good read. Diary of a wimpy kid is fun if he’s a younger teen. If he’s into college football rammer jammer yellow hammer is an awesome book about Alabama football.
He read them all & loved them.
@Terry
I keep trying with Terry Pratchett but he can’t get into his books.
Hmm Maybe something more serious.
Those 850 page Robert Jordan books?
I’ll look into them!
He loved Hitchhike’s Guide. I don’t know why he didn’t like Disc World ??♀️
Book preferences are so personal!
And frustrating lol!
Dark Matter by Blake Crouch.
Every Day by Levitan. He might like the Messenger by Zusak. All Creatures Great and Small by Herriot. The Rosie Project by Simseon. Maybe Watership Down by Adams.
Terry Pratchett!
Has he read Wonder? Such a great book!!
Yes! Loved it.
Has he read the other books that go with it? Augie and Friends and Mr. Brown’s Precepts?
Yes, loved’em all.
