– The Upside of Unrequited by Becky Albertalli- the main character has anxiety – Under Rose-Tainted Skies by Louise Gornall – the main character has OCD and is agoraphobic (trigger warning for self harm!) – Highly Illogical Behavior by John Corey Whaley – main character is agoraphobic

I did write a paper in undergrad about mental illnesses in YA literature, so I have several more if you want more.
Good to see so very many titles…I shall have to look a few of these up myself. I read also ‘Gone Girl’ about a month ago, and it is a bit of a shocker but I was also thinking that it is quite a study into a high functioning sociopath.
