@Renee I honestly didn’t have time to read a whole book today but once I started I couldnt stop. I think it’s only like 250 pages though, wasn’t very long.
@Kim honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve been so shook by a book. I borrowed it from the library and I’ve been actually thinking about buying it just to feel it in my hands and cry again.
@Kim I was but that actually made me want to keep on reading. It was fun to connect all the dots knowing what the ending will be, but I still wish I didn’t hear the spoilers
I had the same reaction when i finished the book. I was like “woah”
I’ve said “wow” out loud at least two dozen times.
I was the same….I think I went back through and reread half of it just to get that…”oh, I get it now!”
@Sarah I think I might do the same before I return it. That’s a great idea.
Ohhhhhh. I forgot about this book. Loved it.
So many people said they saw the end coming but I was completely blindsided by it.
@Nichole I didn’t see it coming at all. I am shook.
I saw it coming but not 100% completely. Like, not to that degree.
Dammit. I totally forget what happened
I didn’t see it coming at all, I feel you
I loved that book. I thought the writing was beautiful.
@Arielle I loved the random choppy sentences.
I cried so hard!
@Jenny I ugly cried everywhere lol. My boyfriend was like “dude, really!?”
me too!
@Kim Thankfully everyone was somewhere else, I think in bed!
@Jenny ha! I wish. I almost had to finish it out, glad I put off my homework instead?
That book actually surprised me! I almost always guess the ending on movies and books. That one left me with ‘well shit, didn’t see that coming’ ?
I just got it from the library! I’m hoping I have time to read it this weekend.
@Renee I honestly didn’t have time to read a whole book today but once I started I couldnt stop. I think it’s only like 250 pages though, wasn’t very long.
Is this a UA book? What’s it about?
I don’t trust myself not to give too much away lol
Also, this has more info than I did going into it lol. I almost think it gives away more than I would want it to
I read it in Jan and I AM STILL NOT OK
@Maria oh good. So there’s no hope for me lol
@Kim honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve been so shook by a book. I borrowed it from the library and I’ve been actually thinking about buying it just to feel it in my hands and cry again.
Dude same. It was the first book I finished in one sitting in a long time
@Kim I honestly enjoyed it very much, even if I did cry
I read it a couple years ago and I’m still not ok
@Jacqui we’re hopeless, then?
@Maria might be ?
I’m reading it right now… only on chapter 6 or 7. But I finally have a night free to dive in.
@Alisha you’re in for a lovely evening ♥️
So freakin refreshing ?
THOSE NAUGHTY DOGS ???
????
LOVED THIS BOOK.
Finally!!! I’ve been waiting for a few months for someone else to say that! BTW I’m STILL not ok…
@Binaifer I don’t imagine I’ll be better any time soon
Kim Baxter : I know how you feel. I read a slew of light, frothy books to try and get over that one. I’d suggest you try that.
@Binaifer I think I will, but I haven’t been able to even think about starting another book just yet.
@Kim : I remember that as well?
I already knew what happened because of spoilers but it still destroyed me
@Kayla I would’ve been really upset if someone had spoiled that for me
@Kim I was but that actually made me want to keep on reading. It was fun to connect all the dots knowing what the ending will be, but I still wish I didn’t hear the spoilers
that hit me out of NO WHERE. I bawled at work lol
Really? Didn’t you think it ripped off a certain Bruce Willis movie?
I know that book was horrible. I never rolled my eyes so much.
I feel this so much. I read it quite a few months ago and reading this post reminded me how blindsided I was by the ending
