I like to read mostly about pleasant things; books that resolve on drama and crazy characters betraying or hurting each other are the most common kind I find and so I quickly move away when I notice that is what the story is about.
Yeah, I started reading a book the other day. The second in a series. There was the main story line (typical fantasy quest kind of thing), but then as an added twist there was a group send out to stop the main characters (typical unstoppable force sort of group) and then the author added another group that had been sent out to stop the main characters, and I was like really? It’s too much to keep track of.
My book character got kicked out of his house and does drugs and all this nonsense and now he just became a dad it’s so frustrating it was suppose to be a simple teen romance.
Oh well I’m reading what is suppose to be a light romance by an author called Huntley Fitzpatrick she wrote a book called My Life Next Door it’s really cute but has some conflicts inside.
Well this is the first one and her friend’s twin brother is always drunk and has drug problems but in the companion novel he is trying to become a man and got kicked out of his house and trying to remain sober,it’s still cute but has some conflicts with him.
Have you tried this book?
Its a smooth read.
No but I will check it out.

I didn’t know this book would have this many conflicts when I started reading it now I’m stuck and have to finish it.
Is it normal to talk out loud and yell at the characters? I can’t handle it some times!
I do it all the time my story character’s are frustrating right now.
@Madison Ok good, that makes me feel so much better <3 I'm glad I'm not the only one

Yeah it’s really frustrating especially if the plot twist makes no sense.
