Do you like books about vampires?
I don’t mind them but it really depends on the story.

You wrote this book??
Yes in deed. It is a trilogy.
Thank you for asking because until I hunted the weblink I didn’t know that there were more than the initial three books – being on the author’s mailing list obviously didn’t tell me that – I enjoyed the first three and really am eager to continue on – https://www.goodreads.com/series/93383-ballad-of-sir-benfro
I feel like I’ve heard of those before. Thanks for the suggestion!
Anything by Loren K James or my own novel.
Dark hunter series by sherrilyn kenyon x
I like Robin Hobbs’ books. The Farseer Trilogy is good.
What books do you like? Give us a starting point!
The Name of the Wind is my favorite series. I also really enjoy reading the Discworld series.
Anything by Sanderson is excellent (I’d say start with Mistborn and then read Stormlight). Good Omens by Gaiman/Pratchett is a must read!
I discovered Sanderson waiting for the next Rothfuss book to come out!
And Good Omens may very well be my favorite Gaiman novel
Okay, thank you so much!! I’ll definitely check some of those out.
A lot of people will rave about Stormlight and say to read it first, but the first half of the first (very very long) book is really really slow and I think that if you don’t know how great Sanderson’s books can be, its tough to get through (but its oh so worth it!)
That’s great to know!!
I can recommend The Rook and Stiletto by Daniel O’Malley – they are about an agency that wages war against a supernatural underworld, ver Hary Potter-ish – but more grown up.
@D. Rise of the Apostate
