I couldn’t get into it. Using f**k everywhere in the book ruined it for me. I can’t take someone seriously who would name their book fuck and then not be willing to actually use the word.
I think the Buddhist Bootcamp is pretty amazing but I am also interested in this post…

David Burns- Feeling Good, and Feeling Good Handbook. These teach real cognitive therapy techniques that are scientifically proven. (I’m a psychotherapist!)
