Try something short like a poem, perhaps.
Try listening to a book. I walk and listen.
Spend some time outdoors if possible. I think our brains need the break from reading words.
read a graphic novel

Call a friend for inspiration, visit a library, have a bucket ongoing list of books, and I re-read books I simply loved until I find another one.
