Any Ruth Ware fans out here? I am hooked!!!
Absolutely! She reminds me of Phyllis Whitney, who I grew up reading. Her newest is so good! Each one is creepy, yet not too scary, just fun!
I enjoy her books, but was a little disappointed with her newest.
I started with Lying Game and didn’t like it. Now I’m turned off.
@Bree I loved Dark Wood, cabin 10 was meh, Mrs. Westaway was okay, but not great. I haven’t read lying game yet.
@Ashley I liked Dark Wood better than Cabin 10 too.
Yes, read Cabin 10 and just picked up Lying Game
@Ashley also loved Dark Woods, didn’t care for cabin 10.
Yes! I love her books.
Yes! I loved The Woman in Cabin Ten.
Reading “The death of Mrs. Westaway” now…
ME!!! Just got her new one in the mail two days ago!
LOVE her books!!
I read The Lying Game. To me it was just average.
I love her! In A Dark, Dark Wood has been my favorite so far.
Just got The Woman in Cabin 10 and A Dark Dark Wood but haven’t started them yet
Loved the Woman in Cabin 10. I’ll have to try the others.
I liked In a Dark, Dark Wood. Just started The Death of Mrs. Westaway.
I have The Lying Game on my TBR. Shelf.
I absolutely love Ruth Ware! I hate when I finish one of her books and have to wait to see what she comes up with next.
The Death of Mrs Westaway just out this week! Was great!
@Laura I thought so too! I read it the day it was released on my Kindle and my bf brought me the Target Exclusive edition yesterday because he knows how much I love her!
@Tracy so good ! Thought I had it figured out halfway thru. Close but a lot of twists. She is such a good writer. Hate it when I finish a really good book. Hard to find the next good read
Yes just finished The Death of Mrs Westaway yesterday newest book out this week. She is an awesome writer!!
Wait until you get to The Lying Game… twists and turns on every page
I liked in a Dark Dark Wood. The Lying Game rambled on and was so anti climatic. Super disappointed! The Woman in Cabin 10-I did not like at all. I will be reading the Death of Mrs Westaway and hope it sways me back to enjoying her writing. ??
Love her. Just starting The Death of Mrs. Westaway.
Woman in cabin 10!!!
All her books are awesome
I just got her newest. I’ve enjoyed all her books.
Yes! Have her latest on my iPad.
Yes! I happened upon a Dark Dark Wood at the hotel we were staying at on vacation a couple of years ago and couldn’t put it down. Great suspense though I was a little disappointed in The Lying Game – still good but probably my least favorite of the 3 books of hers I’ve read so far.
Recently read an arc of The Death of Mrs Westaway—excellent!
Just heard the author is coming to Cincinnati to speak about this:)
@Beverly How do you get on this ARC gig?
@Marda Easy! Go to http://netgalley.com/ and sign up!
Lying game was quite good…
I’m a fan, too! Waiting for The Death of Mrs Westawsy from the librsry!
The Woman in Cabin 10 was good. I just started The Death of Mrs Westaway which will be my second novel by Ruth Ware.
I just found In a Dark Dark Wood today at the thrift store. It jumped out at me right away and I grabbed it to take home. Thanks to all your comments I will give a new author a try!! ❤
Are these mysteries
@Elaine her books are very good. Suspenseful
Any feedback on The Death of Mrs. Westaway? Just checked this one out from my local library.
Thank you. I’ve never read her books.
I just checked Goodreads and it has pretty good reviews. Many reviews are from those reading advanced reading copies. It sounds like it’s worth reading.
I love Goodreads!
I really liked it! I got an ARC and got to read it a few months ago.
@Genie… I just found In a Dark, Dark Wood at the thrift store and picked it up beacuse of an earlier post. I also found The Woman in Cabin 10, so plan to read both. I have not read any of her books yet either.
@Susan.. That’s great!
@Genie… So do I!! I work in a public library and use it as a resource daily, for the patrons and definitely for myself too!
Susan.. I’m an avid reader and I absolutely love to read. When I was younger I’d always spend my Summer days at the library.
@Genie… my best summer memories were when the bookmobile came to our neighborhood park. I loved climbing the steps and looking for new books to take home! Now I work at the same library, even though the bookmobile is long gone.
That’s amazing! ♥️?
I’m going to her book signing tomorrow night!
That is so cool!!! 🙂
