@Laura I thought so too! I read it the day it was released on my Kindle and my bf brought me the Target Exclusive edition yesterday because he knows how much I love her!
@Tracy so good ! Thought I had it figured out halfway thru. Close but a lot of twists. She is such a good writer. Hate it when I finish a really good book. Hard to find the next good read
I liked in a Dark Dark Wood. The Lying Game rambled on and was so anti climatic. Super disappointed! The Woman in Cabin 10-I did not like at all. I will be reading the Death of Mrs Westaway and hope it sways me back to enjoying her writing. ??
Yes! I happened upon a Dark Dark Wood at the hotel we were staying at on vacation a couple of years ago and couldn’t put it down. Great suspense though I was a little disappointed in The Lying Game – still good but probably my least favorite of the 3 books of hers I’ve read so far.
I just found In a Dark Dark Wood today at the thrift store. It jumped out at me right away and I grabbed it to take home. Thanks to all your comments I will give a new author a try!! ❤
I just checked Goodreads and it has pretty good reviews. Many reviews are from those reading advanced reading copies. It sounds like it’s worth reading.
@Genie… I just found In a Dark, Dark Wood at the thrift store and picked it up beacuse of an earlier post. I also found The Woman in Cabin 10, so plan to read both. I have not read any of her books yet either.
@Genie… my best summer memories were when the bookmobile came to our neighborhood park. I loved climbing the steps and looking for new books to take home! Now I work at the same library, even though the bookmobile is long gone.
Absolutely! She reminds me of Phyllis Whitney, who I grew up reading. Her newest is so good! Each one is creepy, yet not too scary, just fun!
I enjoy her books, but was a little disappointed with her newest.
I started with Lying Game and didn’t like it. Now I’m turned off.
@Bree I loved Dark Wood, cabin 10 was meh, Mrs. Westaway was okay, but not great. I haven’t read lying game yet.
@Ashley I liked Dark Wood better than Cabin 10 too.

@Susan.. That’s great!
@Genie… So do I!! I work in a public library and use it as a resource daily, for the patrons and definitely for myself too!
Susan.. I’m an avid reader and I absolutely love to read. When I was younger I’d always spend my Summer days at the library.
