Have you read it ? Not a great deal of insight into motorcycles in this @Zoe 🙂 There was a series of books about the Hells Angels in both the UK and the USA around in the early 70’s, although they were far more about the rituals and the violence than any instruction on the best type of oil to use on a Harley. Nasty little things mostly but a snapshot of the era.
Hey, from the little I remember of the short amount of this book which I actually read, bikes were definitely mentioned, as was the maintenance of them. And motorbike manuals and EV’RYFIN!
Don’t know your genre, but Marc Cameron writes a thriller series , Jericho Quinn. They use motorcycles, talk about motorcycles and save the world. Fun series. And I’m not a motorcycle person, but I enjoy that aspect of the stories. If you like romance, I have seen series about people with motorcycles, I think they follow the characters through the series. Should be pretty easy to look up on Amazon, but I’m not familiar with any particular author.
It might helps if I know genre because for examples I like MC romance and then I have non-fiction also what are quite good.
Vagos, Mongols, and Outlaws: My Infiltration of America’s Deadliest Biker Gangs by Charles Falco Narcisa; Our Lady of Ashes by Jonathan Shaw (I don’t remember if there is big part for riders/motorcycles but good book it is) And those are more like MC romance like Chaos series by Kristen Ashley, K.A Merikan’s Sex& Mayhem-series, Dante’s Nine MC -series by Colleen Masters, Lauren Gilley’s Dartmoor-series and Tillie Cole’s Hades Hangmen-series.
Gotta be Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.

Ted Simon’s Jupiter’s Travels, One Man’s Caravan by Robert Edison Fulton.
And I’m pretty sure Ewan MacGregor and Charley Boorman wrote books for Long Way Round.
