@Terri Oh, did you talk to your kids about it? But thanks for the recommendations! I´ll be sure to come back to this post whenever I need something to read 🙂
I have the first of my fantasy adventure trilogy available. It’s about Viviana, a lord’s daughter, with the ability to heal and manipulate fire. She has to figure out how to control her ever-growing powers before she hurts or even kills someone she loves. As civil war lingers in the air, she must travel from her land to seek help and find out what she truly is. Check it out at https://bit.ly/ThornlessRoseFireBlush
Perhaps you would like to check this one out. It’s not been out too long but has had some fab reviews, sucha as – ” Wow. Words cannot begin to describe just how good this book is. I was grabbed within the first couple of pages and was not let go until I finished the whole book.” “I can’t believe how a book written so well can make the world disappear! I could not put it down. This was definitely a to be re read book! I highly recommend!” https://www.amazon.co.uk/Clockmaker-Ceri-Williams-Drew-Neary/dp/1788034589/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1545840904&sr=1-2&keywords=the+clockmaker
@Cille here is a review that tells you alot about the book – “This book is a fabulous mix of many genres as the story has so many things going on. There’s a bit of magic/supernatural, there’s some sci-fi elements, history; we could even call it a thriller/ horror fiction. The story is about a little child, Duncan and his mother, Annette, who are moving to his father’s ancestral place in Scotland, where they plan to start a lodging service. Duncan’s father died in WW2 and the story is interspersed with soft, loving memories of the man. On their way to Scotland they meet a man whom they later find in their own village as a guest in their lodge. Who is this mystery man and does he have any role in the many strange things happening in this little Scottish village? The answer to these questions is what this book is about”
I’ve written a couple of books that you might be interested in. One is a young adult to adult novel called Kicking from Beyond the 40, and the other is a sci-fi/fantasy novel called Journey Through the Video Game World. Both are available on Amazon and the Barnes and Noble website.
Have you read Psy Changeling series by Nalini Singh? No? Well its awesome! I just finished a novella of that series and I rated it 4 stars on GR; one less star because I wanted it to be a full fledge novel. Though I know its unfair of me to hold it against Nalini, I mean it is a novella… I’m just upset that it got ended a lot sooner!! ?
“The Meek” has had great reviews but we are having a bit of trouble reaching all of the target audience. https://amzn.to/2CzbZz8 It was briefly the #1 new release in Christian Futuristic. It is a story created after I read the congressional report regarding an EMP attack on the electric grid-

@Cille One of my kids stole it off my shelf when they were home for a visit and I didn’t get it back.

Same with my Blood Sucking Fiends trilogy. I put that on my Kindle after that. Those are good too. By Christopher Moore.
