It’s been quite mild here in Beijing all Winter. Had a bit of a nip last December… then when Winter became official, it sort of went up to around a low of -5 give or take.
@Steven ur lucky. Our lowest was like -40° something… frost bite within seconds almost.
First snow in Cumbria, England. Up at 3am so not to miss it. Then settled down with cup of tea and A God In Ruins by Kate Atkinson. Lost all track of time so I’m exhausted now.
Reading The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah, for the second time to my partially sighted mother.
Some ice here in the middle of the UK, about -3 this morning. Sun is out now and glorious. I’m reading ‘Milkman’ by Anna Burns. Wonderful read.
