Years ago, Sphinx by Robin Cook was one that really had me enthralled. I have read lots of other good books since, and like the ones that have mystery, suspense and lots of twists and turns to keep me interested.
Your my kind of people lol
First, a decent story that makes my mind keep asking subconsciously, ‘and then what happened?’ Second, good writing that is smart, witty, charming, descriptive–all without getting in the way of the tale.
