With the 2019 release, I recommend reading the: Artemis Fowl series
Rick Riordan’s series (Greek and Egyptian mythology) and Keepers by Sacha Black had a “feel” that reminded me of Harry Potter.
I always recommend the gone series by Michael grant. It’s freaking amazing!
