Matched
On the Beach by Nevil Shute; The Road by Cormac McCarthy. Depression guaranteed.
Wool from the Silo trilogy
Unwind by Neal Shusterman
@Stacey literally just finished reading this during the lunch hour
The Wool trilogy is my FAVORITE !!!!
Brave New World; Fahrenheit 451; Anthem; 1984; A Clockwork Orange
1984
The Martian Chronicles! It’s a standalone sci-fi dystopian novel by Ray Bradbury, and it’s one of my all time favorites. There are lot of different characters, and the story takes place over time covering the colonization of Mars, so the characters’ stories often overlap without them knowing and it’s so mind blowingly amazing!!!
@Ashley SECONDED!!
Station 11, handmaid’s tale, brave New world
The Power, and like many others The Handmaids Tale ?
Handmaid’s Tale!
Oldies but goodies
Taronga by Victor Kelleher
Children of the dust by Louise Lawrence
Z for Zachariah by Robert O Brien
The giver by Lois Lowry
Not sure if I commented or not! Unwind series – Neal Shusterman
Life as we knew it series – Susan Beth Pfeffer
