“Shutter Island” by Dennis Lehane.
‘Emma and me’ by Elizabeth flock, was the first book I read with a twist. Maybe not biggest but it’s the one that stuck in my head.
Have you read ‘what happened to my sister’?

Maybe that is one of the reasons I didn’t like it, I figured out the plot twists early and particularly hated the ending
