I do know I will participate in the 2018 of http://www.50bookpledge.ca/ as I was late in doing the 2017 one. Just waiting for the sign up for 2018 and I’ll be on it.
The link will explain it if you click on it. it’s simply one of many reading goals to participate in it. So I put it there as one to look at, because I plan to participate next year.
BookSparks usually does a few challenges through out the year. I participated in the summer one, it was fun. They can be found on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. I know I will be doing their summer challenge again for 2018
I have finalized the categories for my “Pick Your Poison” challenge, but the friend who usually does the prettying up of the documents hasn’t gotten back to me yet. This is last year’s challenge, if you want to take a peak. I’m hoping to have next year’s up soon.
I‘m torn when it comes to reading lists… my reading is very spontaneous: I read about books in a paper, a friend mentions a book, Amazon recommends one based on what I‘ve just read, I get a book as a gift, I read one from a specific author/series and then have to read all of them….. Or I just pick one from my TBR pile. Having a prefabricated list would limit me, as my reading choices are kind of fluent.
I did an A-Z by author last name in 2016 using books that I already had on my TBR shelf. This year I did one by book title, but have only made it to N. I keep getting distracted by other books! I plan on finishing it but not before January 1st. I think for 2018 in order to tackle my TBR shelf I am going to do a Book Jar & pick out 2 titles a month.
I made up my own . 100 books
Not sure if I will set a number, but I will make more dedicated time to what I choose to read.
Here is the one the Popsugar put out: https://www.popsugar.com/entertainment/Reading-Challenge-2018-44138581
I do the popsugar every year…can’t wait to get started on 2018
I love the Advanced List. I might do that one, makes it a little more personal. 🙂
Though I am never able to complete, I have been doing the Popsugar challenge for 3 years now.

Great I’ll wait for that one
I set my goal at 12 for 2017 and have done 18 so far. I’ll be aiming for 24 in 2018 and hope to exceed that.
Literally ever kind of reading challenge you could ever imagine
