yes. not so much funny as tragic… both the book and the real events of the authors life. of there are humorous parts in the book and i highly recommend it.
The story of the author is indeed sad. The commentary in the book between the characters (particularly Burma Jones) had me rolling the entire time.

Mrs Brown’s Boys series is fantastic and really funny, it’s about The real Mrs Brown’s life not the character off TV! I’d give it 10/10 x
