I have a big stack of unread books so I’m trying to read most of them before the year ends. 1/4 of the stack is already gone because half was gotten rid of and the other half was read

I cried in the middle of Spanish class while reading that book. It gets better.
But overall, life is too short for books you dislike.

Life is too short to read books you don’t enjoy when you are reading for pleasure. And there are soooooo many more books waiting for you.
