I love all the Drizzt books
Crystal Shard
The Sellswords
The Demonwars saga.
Drizzt books are really good!
I second this. Excellent books.
Last year I read 37 R.A. Salvatore books, all awesome! I recommend all the Drizzt books, the Sell Swords & Cleric Quintet
Hunters blade trilogy
Hunters Blades is how I got hooked and then I had to go back and read everything of his.
Me too
I just found out about the homecoming trilogy so I’m starting over from book one it’s been awhile since I’ve read them
Yeah I got hooked on them in high school. Many a teacher I pissed off because I was reading the Legend of Drizzt instead of my assignment. ?
I’ve read them all up to the orc king, pirate king, and ghost king and haven’t gotten any further since I wasn’t happy about the transition
Understandable. But I appreciate what he wanted to convey about the passage of time and the passing of friends and loved ones that an elf must endure. It gave the character of Drizzt a new direction to go in so he can continue to grow… Even if I was heartbroken for the loss.
That’s y I’m going to re read them all I think I’m prepared for it this time
I just started back on them and was on book 6 and had to set them down for a bit. Been crazy this year with two moves, so one day soon I’ll delve back into them. Drizzt was one of my heroes as a young teen, and I guess still is. Always loved the philosophical discussions Salvatore brought forward in his books.
The gutbusters were definitely some of my favorite characters in his books and jaraxel

I just read my first book by him. Child of a Mad God. It was terrific.
Cory Lockhart I’m definitely going to do that. ?
After MANY years I just picked this up. Used to love Salvatore… Icewind Dale Trilogy was number one closely followed by Dark Elf Trilogy. Really liking The Collected Stories so far. Cleric Quintet is next of him for me. I figure I’ll just read them in the order he put stuff out.
He was one my favorites as a teen in the 90’s. Two that I recall really liking off the top of my head were the Drizzt series and, I wanna say, The Woods Out Back – three books. I think that was the title. My backyard was literally a state forest so, naturally, I absolutely loved the idea of going into a world of magic and wonder in the woods behind your house. It’s every teenage fantasy nerd’s dream!
When I was younger I went through lots of the Forgotten Realms and Dragonlance books and Salvatore was always my favourite especially the Drizzt stories
I love the Drizzt books! Start with Homeland (The Dark Elf trilogy) as that is first chronologically.
Just reread the dark elf trilogy. Gonna make my way through the series as I read other books too
