I felt the same way after I read The Beautiful Mystery. I immediately downloaded all her books and settled down to a luxurious immersion into the world of Three Pines.
Don’t know where to begin…French Canadian I believe. Her stories are well crafted and set in a lovely small town called, Three Pines, where (surprisingly) some very interesting crimes need to be solved. Ms Penney’s word choice is often so beautiful that I’ll reread a sentence or paragraph just to savor her use of language. Go and discover her right now!
Start with “Still Life” . Although each novel is a stand alone novel, there is a back story running through that will make more sense if you read them in order.
Me too! But I am so glad I did.
Read them in order.

My favorite series. I anxiously await each new book. Then devour it and can’t wait for the next one. ?
Love her! Waiting for my name to make it through the queue at the library for the latest one.
I’m inching up there – hold #5 on 59 copies.
Yes, read them in order.
I’ve read all of her books and love her!! If you find a similar author, would love to find another “Louise”

Same here. Just finished Still Life and loved it!!
Louise Penny is fabulous, I agree.
I love her series. I’ve read through #6. I hoard her books and only allow myself to read them occasionally so they last longer.
