The Gown is a current best seller and an excellent book about more than just the making of a fantastic wedding dress. The Story of Edgar Sawtelle is an older book that I am now reading about a young boy who cannot speak and his parents who breed, train and raise dogs. Set in northern Wisconsin it is a terrific read.
@Desiré yes give it a few more chapters, but then not all books fit everyone’s interest I usually give a book about 20 to 50 pages and if I can’t get into it I stop cause as you know to many books so little time ?
Finding Dorothy by Elizabeth Letts The Beautiful Strangers by @Camille The Liar’s Child by @Carla (out Tues). Until the Day I Die by @Emily out Tues. House on Fire by Bonnie Kistler (out Tues). For Better and Worse by Margot Hunt
I’m rereading The Passage and The Twelve by Justin Cronin. Two of my all time favorites.
