This is probably more than a little unconventional, but The Ethical Slut. Yes, it’s basically the polyamory/ethical non-monogamy bible, BUT there are SO MANY good exercises and information dealing with communication, insecurities, and jealousy. Things every relationship deals with.

Essays in Love (sometimes called On Love) and The Course of Love, both by Alain de Botton. ?
They are sometimes classified as fiction because there’s a story but he’s a philosopher and it’s full of insights and reflections on relationships. Don’t know if I’m explaining them correctly ?
