You’re all awesome thank you very much. My son is always reading and reads really fast so we’re always looking for new books for him to read. I’m definitely saving this post so we can come back for reference. He decided that he’s starting Artemis Fowl because he already read the first book but didn’t get to finish it because he never found the rest of the books but I already got them for him. Thanks again.
If you have any trouble keeping up with him, he’s at a perfect age to start throwing classics at him You can regroup and find more ideas while he chews his way through Great Expectations and Mark Twain.
The Alex Rider series by Anthony Horowitz, the Pendragon Adventure by D.J. MacHale, Morpheus Road by D.J. MacHale, Skulduggery Pleasant by Derek Landy, Maximum Ride by James Patterson
Mercedes Lackey books (fantasy), beginning with The Black Griffin trilogy, it’s what brought my husband a complete NON-reader to be interested in books. But only you know what your son would be into, if you want him to love reading let him find a genre that he loves.
