@Zahra hard to pin down, which is why you haven’t seen more responses to your question here. I’d have to call it adolescent “growing up/life experiences” type drama. The book won several awards when it was first released several years ago. Very well written
Is it a hard book to read
Some times it was hard to keep up with certain plot lines
How was it?
Good but 500pgs too long
I listened to it on audible, due to its length. I loved it so much.
200 pages too long. First half good.
One of the best books I read this year. I want it for my personal collections
Loved it.
What is the genre of this book?

Oh okay. Thank you! I’m going to google it to get more info about this book. I may read it soon ?
Loved it!!!
Tough book to finish. I had to read it twice before I got all the way through it. What did you think?
The protagonist’s feeling of abandonment following the incident at the museum was one of the best descriptions of these feelings that I’ve ever read
Who is the writer
@Assia Donna Tartt
@John thank you ??
Tough read but worth it! Talented writer.
DNF, this book bored me :/
@Teresa I know what you mean about a. I had to kind of stay with it through the boring parts also
It’s awesome
I loved it but it has gotten some really harsh reviews. One of my favorites that I’ve read in the past year.
It’s pretty epic.
Good stuff. The drug deal “episode” toward the end could’ve been done away with, but that’s just how Donna Tartt is!
Loved it.
