I just finished A Head Full of Ghosts by Paul Tremblay and enjoyed it. I haven’t read his other stuff but Cabin at the End of the World is on my list!
The Mist-Stephen King The Exorcist-William Blatty Something wicked this way comes-Bradbury Literally anything ever written by Edgar Allen Poe but my favorite is The telltale heart.
