Well, mine is getting longer…
Just grows bigger and bigger and bigger…..and…..
Every so often I reread books’ descriptions and delete things that no longer interest me. Sometimes I just add things without really reading the descriptions carefully. That is the only time it gets significantly shorter. ?
I do this too. I just cleared some books from 3 years ago off my list. I must have been in the mood for something different at that time.

Mine generally stays at around 20 books. I can’t cope with more unread books than that, they start to annoy me.

I tried to tackle mine but having a year not buying books, I did clear a shelf and a bit but borrowed lots from the library so didn’t tackle as many as I’d liked. I’ve bought 9, and had 15 as gifts, and a few from the free bookshelf at work since Xmas so that shelf is nearly full again. I do cull mine as I find I lose interest
