I saw her soul leave her body as she exhaled, and then she had no more needs, no more reason; she was released from her body, and, being released, she continued her journey elsewhere, high in the firmament where soul matter gathers and plays out all the dreams and joys of which we temporal beings can barely conceive, all the things that are beyond our comprehension, but even so, are not beyond our attainment if we choose to attain them, and believe that we truly can. – The Art of Racing in the Rain

I have several. “My candle burns at born ends, it shall not last the night. But, ah, my foes, and, oh, my friends, it gives a lovely light.” — Edna St. Vincent Millay who died at 58. “I took a deep breath and listened to the old brag of my heart — I am, I am, I am.” — Sylvia Plath. And, this one: “Not all those who wander are lost,” from Lord of the Rings by Tolkien. Want the poem? “All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not whither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost.”

You can change, but that change will be stagnant I guess if you never try anything new. You’ll never improve. In the movie, Po decides that he’s reached his dream and there’s nothing more for him to learn.

I think it’s more getting out of your comfort zone. To try *new* things.
Rather than sticking to what you are comfortable and capable of doing. 🙂
