You can change, but that change will be stagnant I guess if you never try anything new. You’ll never improve. In the movie, Po decides that he’s reached his dream and there’s nothing more for him to learn.
I think it’s more getting out of your comfort zone. To try *new* things. Rather than sticking to what you are comfortable and capable of doing. 🙂
