Popsugar? Think I understand A-Z. Out of curiousty do you go by author(first/last name) or title of book starting with whatever letter you’re on?

I just plan on reading more. 2017 was a chaotic year for me, with not much time for reading. 2018 I hope will be better.

I’ve been thinking about finding a challenge to help me stick to a goal, but I haven’t found any that grabs my attention yet.

To enjoy every minute! Challenges, lists, and book clubs kill the joy of reading more me. They make reading, “work”

Finishing as many open series as I can! I have way too many unfinished and my OCD does not appreciate it ??

I’m going to try to read 50 books, and combine that with the popsugar challenge to try different genres.

I set an attainable goal, number of books, then I choose books serendipitously, as the mood strikes me. I rarely plan ahead unless I happen upon a few books at the library, then I grab them and have a time limit. For me, reading can no cause me stress. It is my one gift I always allow myself- time to read every day.

Really don’t see the point of setting a number as a goal. I read what I feel like, right now two books, one is the Wrong Side of Goodbye by Michael Connelly and the other is The Remarkable Education of John Quincy Adams by Phyllis Lee Levin.

I’m so busy reading all the posts in here asking me what I am going to read, when, and how many in the new year that I don’t have time to read a book!! Can each post count as one book?

Buy book, read book. Repeat.

My word for 2018 is simplify. This simple approach to book reading needs to be adopted by me. My TBR book case overflows and I see a new book I want to read every other day! I am making you my role model. Lol

Read my shelves. And read more. I set a number goal to keep me motivated but do not stress about attaining it.
